Hi! I’m James Kilmoon (née McCarthy) and I’m a writer, improviser, director, and producer from New Jersey.

I’m the Head Writer/co-EP for the hit TruTV series, Impractical Jokers, and I’ve performed on and directed house sketch and improv teams at the UCB Theatre in New York. Alongside Jared Lapidus, my sketch group Reverse Cowboys has garnered over 3 millions views on YouTube and we made the sports comedy feature, Office Race.
